Sales Executive at Chokmann Realty Services

Job Description

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue for the company by selling residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
• You will be the face of Chokmannrealty Services, ensuring clients receive professional guidance from the first point of contact to the close of the deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and provide detailed information regarding property features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in Abuja.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape is an advantage.
• Other: Must be presentable, professional, and goal-oriented.
