Job description, including their routine daily duties:

• Greeting customers who enter the restaurant.
• Assisting customers to find the product/products they are looking for.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent customers
• Running of the cash register and ensuring the proper check-out process is followed
• Replenish the supply of products items that are under stocked
• All other duties as assigned by the Retail Supervisor and/or line manager
• The personal skills that is required for the JOB:
• Having a friendly and engaging personality.
• Must be friendly and pleasant.
• Must be smart and presentable
• Comfortable working with members of the public.
• Should have a confident manner.
• Must be helpful and polite.
• Should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day.
• Should be of a smart appearance and articulating.
• Familiarity with the products and share knowledge with customers.

Qualification

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a hospitality Industry especially in a standard Fast food industry or retail venture
• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Good computer knowledge is a must.
• Should not be more than 35 years.
• Can handle multiple tasks and achieve deadline.
