Qualification and Experience:

Essential

• Relevant Qualification in the Social Sciences field
• 4-10 years related experience and/ or training
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of media poduction, communication and dissemination tachniques

Competencies    

• Ability to define problems, collect data, esttablish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Abilitu to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public goups, and/or boards of directors
