- Decorates cakes and pastries with designs Trims uneven surfaces of cakes or cuts and shapes cake to required size.
- Spreads icing between layers and on surfaces of cake.
- Prepare and mix icing.
- May be required to mix and bake cakes or pastries.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen or bakery.
- Create decorative displays.
