Job Description

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning
• Review production, operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs
• Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• Review and approve preparation of accounting analysis
• Direct and coordinate all divisional department activities to develop and implement long range goals and objectives

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (M. A.) in business administration or equivalent
• Four to ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven skills in business and financial management
• Effective problem solving and mediation skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi -task and work in a fast-paced office setting
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
