Role Responsibilities

• Manage all Staff record including personnel data, time-off etc on HR portal.
• Monitor all HR policy and make sure they are up to date.
• Prepare job profiles based on recruitment requirements.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies based on recruitment requests. 

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years work experience in HR or corporate administrative role.
• Previous experience in Exploration or Production industry is a plus.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Attention to details.
