    Content Operation Executive

    To work together with the Content Operations Manager to meet key Content targets as agreed upon with the Chief Technical Office and the Chief Operations Officer.

    Responsibilities & Duties 

    • Asset Management: You will assist with ensuring all the company’s movie assets are properly archived both on site and in the cloud
    • Asset Curation: You will assist with ensuring all the company’s movie assets are curated into their different categories (different standards for historical movies, international content, Nollywood internet only content, tv movies and inflight movies).
    • Database Management: You will assist in maintaining the database for all the movie assets.
    • Quality Control: You will report on the quality of movie standards delivered by our partners.
    • Platform improvements: You will study our current database system and contribute to design improvements for our developers.
    • Provide any other support to the Content Operations Manager as and when required

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Essential

    • A University Degree
    • Minimum 1 year work experience
    • A good knowledge of the media & entertainment
    • Competence in Microsoft Office Tools
    • Project Management Skills or strong evidence independent work and multi-tasking

    Desirable

    • Experience in a tech start up where softwares and platforms are being built.
    • Exposure to database systems, Exposure to different web platform interfaces through basic web design or even blogging.
    • Competence in using web office tools such as Google documents, wetransfer and dropbox

    • An entrepreneurial flair
    • Ability to effectively work to deadlines and multitask, effectively organise and prioritise

    • Must be customer focused and sensitive to the customers’ needs
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
