Required Skills
Minimum of advanced degree in international relations, development, or a related field, and 10 years' work: experience in the international development and conflict management;
Experience and demonstrated expertise in the areas of conflict management and mitigation, post-conflict reconstruction, and democracy and governance within the Nigerian context;
Knowledge of fragility frameworks, early warning systems, support to peace processes, reconciliation, and/or security sector reform,
Excellent skill in writing, editing, formatting.research and oral communications, and writing technical proposals for USAID;
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
