You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

•     Build relationships with buyers and tenants to have a good understanding of their requirements
•     Take buyers and tenants on viewings of properties in our register
•     Ensure Landlords and vendors are kept up to date always
•     Handle negotiations and queries
•     Closing out on sales and lettings once all parties have agreed. The process ends when the keys have been handed over to the client.

Requirements

•     Candidate must be a University graduate
•     1 - 3 years relevant experience in sales or real estate.
