    Property Negotiator

    Role Profile:
    The Property Negotiator role is exciting and varied. It requires you to be hardworking, enthusiastic and professional at all times. You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. It is the attitude and determination of Vestates negotiators that has since enabled us to stand out from traditional estate agencies.This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in one of Nigeria’s most dynamic and fast paced industries. You will receive continuous training throughout your career and for those with the ability and drive to succeed there is unlimited potential.

    Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

    •     Build relationships with buyers and tenants to have a good understanding of their requirements
    •     Take buyers and tenants on viewings of properties in our register
    •     Ensure Landlords and vendors are kept up to date always
    •     Handle negotiations and queries
    •     Closing out on sales and lettings once all parties have agreed. The process ends when the keys have been handed over to the client.


    •     Candidate must be a University graduate
    •     1 - 3 years relevant experience in sales or real estate.
