Job Description
Maintain and update employee files and records
Process employment verifications
Maintain company organizational charts
Run/distribute organizational surveys for new hires, terminations and other data collection projects
Provide assistance to employees with basic HR, payroll, and policy questions
Assist employees with HR related forms and procedures
Assist HR Team various HR projects and reports
Job Qualifications
Associates or BS/BA degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience
5 years experience in a support role; previous experience in Human Resources required
Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle and ADP Employee experience desired
Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
