    Recovery Officer

    Job Description

     

    • Management of client relationship
    • Contact client debtors by telephone, letter, email to agree debt recovery plans and follow up as appropriate
    • Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settling debts.
    • Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to installment schedules.
    • Ongoing/regular communication/reports to supervisor
    • Maintain statistics on recoveries
    • Visit clients in overdue

     

    Requirements

    Graduates with a minimum of 4 years experience in the financial services
