Team Lead, Finance Operations at Telinno Consulting Limited (TCL)

Job Description

• Opening exists in our Organisation for Team Lead, Finance Operations, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership in all operational matters, overseeing activities of the Finance Team, to achieve safe and cost-effective management.

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow management and liquidity. Oversees preparation of monthly Cash flow budgets for all OPCOs and collation into Group Forecast
• Budget funding and funds release to OPCO operational accounts
• Ensure that accounting requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties
• Review Asset register and ensures prompt update across all Operations
• Oversee Revenue Assurance and Receivables Management
• Review Quick Books postings, Inter-OPCO loans ledger and management fee accounts
• Consolidate Group Account on Monthly, Quarterly and annual basis
• Give report on variance analysis on budgeting versus actual financial report
• Manage Tax postings and remittances per month with Opco finance
• Liaise with Finance Officers on Financial operations
• Review weekly budget forecast and guarantee compliance with relevant Financial controls

Requirements
Qualifications:

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance and other related degree
• ACCA / ICAN or equivalence professional qualification-qualified with 3 years post qualification

Knowledge:

• Cash management principles.

Work Experience

• Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience

Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Ability to use QuickBooks effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to coordinate Team.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
