Entertainment Lawyer at BFA & Co Legal

Responsibilities

• Draft agreements
• Preparation of legal opinions/correspondence on different legal work and commercial transactions
• Work with and advise business clients directly
• Carry out registrations and statutory information at the Corporate Affairs Commission etc
• Actively participate in all business development efforts and initiatives towards growth
• Advise clients/write legal opinions on various legal topics
• Prepare research papers on various legal topics
• Provide assistance and support on litigation
• Respond to client emails and inquiries
• Review agreements e.g. intellectual property
• Plan travel itineraries and general logistics for trips with the help of travel agents
• Prepare budgets, proposals, and presentations for client events
• Prepare invoices for payments and follow up until payment is made
• Coordinate client schedules and ensure all calendar entries are up to date
• Attend business-related meetings with clients
• Handle corporate legal processes 
• Offer assistance to clients on things that they may need help with.

Requirements 

• B. Sc./Masters Degree in Law
• Has at least two(2) years of post-call experience. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Has knowledge of the entertainment industry

Salary Expectation: 100,000 - 120,000
