Job Summary
CardinalStone Partners is currently looking to recruit a smart and strategic HR Business Partner for one of its subsidiaries. The job holder will be responsible for partnering with the business on HR/people related issues.

Job Description

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention
• Provide advice and recommendations to management for resolution of daily issues
• Partner with Management and support the achievement of business outcomes and initiatives by recruiting and developing talented professionals, growing performance capability, providing best practices in talent management and contributing to high levels of employee engagement.
• Co-ordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process to fill vacancies in the business units
• Serve as the internal consultant to the business units on people-related issues
• Counsel and support staff on HR policies, processes and practice whilst ensuring speedy resolution of complaints and conflict
• Ensure accurate and timely update of staff records and reporting
• Drive change management programs and effective culture changes required for business success
• Drive implementation of succession planning, career development and other interventions

Requirement:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience handling different areas of Human Resources or as HR Generalist
• Must have experience working in the Financial Industry
• HR certification is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law
• Good people management skills
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• Leadership
