Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the resourcing and hiring competent candidates for Bemil Nigeria Limited
• Ensures that the names of all resourced candidates are sent to the training officer
• Preparing internal and external adverts for recruitment campaigns
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community leaders, and local agents; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, maintaining rapport
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in strategic locations across the state

Qualifications

• Minimum OND with experience from prominent security companies in Nigeria

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
