Finance and Operations Manager at ASOLAR Systems Nigeria Limited

Job requirements:Develop the organization’s financial management strategy and strategic goals.
Implement policies and procedures both in the finance and general operational realms.
Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations
• Improve financial operational systems, processes and policies -- specifically, better management reporting, information flow and management
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
• Regular meetings with the Executive Director around financial modeling and planningrnrnTechnical Competencies:
• Ability to work with at least one of – Sage, QuickBooks, Xero
• Advanced MS Excel and intermediate in other Microsoft Office suite applications
• Knowledge of VAT, tax and other compliance implications of non-profit status
• Knowledge of grants application and management (desirable)
• Knowledge Bank loan management (desirable)
• Knowledge of advanced financial modelingrnrnExperience:
• At least 3 years in Financial & Operations Management
• Strong background and work in Finance
• Budget development and oversight
