Supervisor Manager at HRLeverage Africa

Responsibilities

• Check and supervise whether each market area expands according to the expansion process required by the company;
• Timely follow up the implementation of the company's policies in various market areas, and supervise and track irregularly;
• Collect all the results from the members and do the analysis
• Follow up the supervisors’ result, find out the suggestions and punishment method;
• Do the arrangement of the team’s work and follow the result.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, no restriction on majors;
• Gender is not limited, and the age is less than 40 years old;
• Market supervision experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using various office software and collaborative office related software.
• Good team-management skills
