The service to be delivered is detailed in the attached schedule.
The services will be delivered over a maximum of 180 days The selected Consultant will provide skills development and empowerment support to three hundred (300) beneficiaries in LGAs (namely Damboa,
Jere, and Maiduguri) in Borno State. The planned support will take the form of technical and practical skills training aimed at developing the capacity of participants to engage in modern agricultural practices and build small- scale farms, under a cooperative business model.
The successful Consultant must demonstrate a methodology for measuring the impact of the project as well as a sustainability plan.
