Front Office Manager

Description
- We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who would be responsible for managing all operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deal efficiently with customer complaints
- Have solid customer service skills
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of working in same capacity.
