Qualifications

• Post NYSC
• Minimum of 2 years in required role.  
• Recognized professional qualifications is a plus.
• Effective communication skills (Written and Oral)
• Excellent communication and phone skills, persuasiveness, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills
• Exemplary client service skills with ability to maintain and extend client relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ‘Can do’ attitude – high level of commitment and ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative to achieve targets.
