Customer Value Management Specialist at Culminate Consulting

Job Description

• Support the improvement of customer profitability by understanding the value of various customer segments and implementing targeted marketing strategies to deliver the best commercial return for the business
• Increase customer ARPU by identifying cross /upsell activities and be accountable for base revenue uplift
• Manage day-to-day operational matters of CVM campaigns and the CMS platform
• Prepare and get approval of business cases of the campaigns where necessary.
• Draft message content to be broadcast to customer base
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns terms of revenue generated versus cost, customer take-up monthly, identify learnings and areas for improvement
• Provide support with identifying campaign opportunities/ base analysis to acquire and grow customer relationships and increase their profitability through improved targeting
• Continuously monitor overall market for loyalty, satisfaction, threats, recommendations

Job Requirement

• Have a BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field; and completed NYSC (for Nigerians)
• Have proven experience of setting and delivering high impact growth strategies within multinational
• organizations/within a management consulting environment
• Are commercially driven, able to rationalize strategies into deliverable, operational business plans
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrable ability to manage ambiguity and simplify complex situations
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Postgres)
• Proficient with BI tools and technologies (e.g. Apache Superset, Tableau)
• Able to set and/or work towards your goal in an environment where your attention will have divergent demands
