Mechanical Engineer at Tomi's Treats Limited

Responsibilities

• Carry out Mechanical Engineering work to good standard, safely and in timely manner.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimise production downtime.
• Implement safe temporary repairs where production restrictions apply, inform Production Manager and arrange permanent repairs in production down time.
• Assist with Electrical work where necessary.
• Keep all tools in good serviceable condition and make sure they are fit for purpose.
• Carry out routine maintenance to good standards.
• Report any/all abnormal engineering occurrences to Production Manager.
• Comply with current health and safety requirements and company PPE policy.
• Any other duties required by Production Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Eng. or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as a Mechanical Engineering in a production or similar regulatory industry
• A good solid background with Mechanical Maintenance
• A good solid background with Electrical works
• Key Competencies Required;
• High Attention to Detail Pro-active approach to Work
• High level of Numeracy Highly Computer Literate
• Planner & Organiser Bright.
