Job responsibilities :-

• Managing employees data using Microsoft application and HR software.
• Assists in the recruitment process.
• Ability to communicate effectively (Verbal , written, presentation ) to all levels of the organization.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry and scan documents .
• High level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Filling of documents into employee files .
• Maintain contact lists.
• Assists in resolving any administrative problem.
• Collaborate with managers ; including the internal and external agencies regarding matters on positions in the company.
• Process staff welfare issues (Birthdays, child delivery, wedding)
• Assists with staff for appraisals.
• Perform other related duties as may be required.

Qualifications:-

• Candidate must have minimum of National diploma (ND) in business administration or others.
• Must be NYSC.
• People oriented and willing to learn.
• One year experience in HR  will be an advantage.
• Passion for HR/Admin as a career.
• Proficiency in the use Excel , word and PowerPoint.
• Must be female between  20 – 24 years.

Experience :-

Minimum 1 year  or more in the relevant field.

Salary  : Negotiable.
