Client Relationship/Quality Control Pharmacist at Drugstoc eHub Limited

Job Description

• Manage new product acquisition and new product communication to sales team.
• Carry out a once in Monthly Management Stock taking and spot stock taking as may require.
• Create, institute and manage policies around quality control functions, the receipt of items and ensure they are long dated, arrive in good condition, are stored well and are of safe pharmaceutical nature.
• Manage relationship and communication to key clients for the organization in order to promote customer loyalty and organizational growth.
• Develop a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in products at the earliest possible time.
• Coordinate the supply chain flow within their purview of visibility.
• Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages.
• Bridge the gap between Drugstoc and her Clients
• Assist in working on analytical models for the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry
• Willing to work on eradicating counterfeit drugs from the Nigerian pharmaceutical space
• Willing to work on personal and professional development plan.
• Participate in any other technical, management or business function as required within the team to ensure the success of the organization.

Experience/Qualification

• 1-4 years experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• B/Pharm degree in pharmacy
• Good understanding of Excel and Microsoft Access will be an advantage
• Willing to work hard.
• Has a dream for a better Nigeria.
