JOB OBJECTIVES

To provide support to the Comprehensive Manager in ensuring an efficient running of CITCC Warehouses across all its locations

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package  CITCC goods , warehouse items and label correctly
• Report damaged or missing inventory to comprehensive Manager
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Move materials from warehouse facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
• Responsible for the management of company’s fixed asset in all locations across Nigeria
• Responsible for the management of all project delivery vehicles across all site locations
• Support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring the safety of all materials, goods and ensure the warehouses are always in a good condition
• Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of goods and materials
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

Competencies and other Personal Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite proficiently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations

Personal  Attributes and other requirements

• Candidate must be male.
• Must be willing to travel to different warehouse locations across Nigeria and work beyond the call of duty
• Must be patient and detailed oriented
• Able to work independently and lead a team
• Physically strong and agile; able to lift up slightly heavy weight
• Able to work weekends, and holidays when the job requires it
• Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

Work Experience

A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in Inventory, Logistics, Store management and Warehouse management capacity.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/BSc in any Management or Social Science;
• HSE certification will be an added advantage
