The right candidate should have:

• 5 years' experience managing automotive workshop (cars & Vans) petrol and diesel engines.
• Technical skills of automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts).
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical and after sales issues; warranties, service, general repairs and management with ability to train others.
• Requisite technical skills in auto diagnostic system operations and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in servicing and repair of cars and light commercial vehicle components.
• Possess good knowledge in Health and Safety checks and be responsible for premise security.

Qualification:

• The right applicant must possess at least a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Auto Mobile Engineering or its equivalent.
• Masters or other relevant professional qualifications and professional body affiliations may be an added advantage.
