    Projects, Service and Contract Management Coordinator

    Details:

    • Provide project management support all Project Managers at Various sites
    • Assist with documentation of project documents such as the Contracts and , Project Documents etc.
    • Coordinates training and regular project meetings
    • Implement governance standards such as tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
    • Manage the project level risks and issues register
    • Carry out assurance review processes as required by the Project Manager
    • Issues Project completion certificate  of completion on every milestone achieved
    • Assist with all project milestone invoicing
    • Resolve invoicing and payment issues
    • Ensure all terms and conditions described  in the contracts are met
    • Design of project templates to support the Project Managers
    • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
    • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
    • Measure and report on project performance
    • Management of refund, claims and penalties related issues
    • Act as the point of contact for all project stakeholder
    • Update and administer the project plan as required using reports from Project Managers and the outcomes of project  meetings and workshops
    • Manage project communications including regular reporting cycle requests.
