General Manager, Commercial at Hamilton Lloyd and Associates

Job Purpose

• The Job holder will be responsible for exploring new business avenues and opportunities while achieving the financial targets for the business across the locations in and outside Lagos.

Accountabilities (Abridged)

• Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth
• Ensures budget goals are achieved within industry leading metrics across all the sites within and outside Lagos
• Collaborate with the Executive Vice President to analyze business results and develop effective strategies for improvement

Criteria

• Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
• Candidate must be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years’ experience
• MUST possess good leadership and relationship management skills
• MUST possess good financial planning & budgeting skills
