Job summary

A professional HR personnel is needed in a top notch manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be expected to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate reports to the Operations Manager and Managing Director and expected to;

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems,procedures across the organization.

Qualifications/Competencie

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social science or any relevant discipline.
• 2-3 years HR experience in an FMCG industry.
• A member of CIPM is an added advantage.
• Have a functional knowledge of any HR packages.
