    Sales Manager

    Our client, a fasting growing Skin Care Company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

    You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the on-going training of your sales team.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the sales team and all sales activities within an outside the company.
    • Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
    • Interviewing and selecting new members of the sales team.
    • Carrying out sales training with sales executives and role-playing sales techniques.
    • Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
    • Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.
    • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
    • Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives.
    • Cold calling customers and selling services and products

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

    • Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
    • Minimum four (4) years relevant experience

    • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the company’s market.

    Group Head of Sales

    Our client, a fasting growing Skin Care Company is seeking to hire a Group Head of sales who will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales professionals and monitoring performance as a whole.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead development and implementation of effective sales strategies
    • Overall leader of nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives
    • Lead recruitment of additional direct sales personnel
    • Meet or exceed identified monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales volume and value goals
    • Responsible for Sales Planning and driving effective Sales Management
    • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization
    • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
    • Provide sales management, budget control, and incentive planning
    • Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff
    • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

    • Previous experience as a Head of Sales in relevant industry will be added advantage
    • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide world class customer service by using people skills to build quality relationships with customers, prioritize customer requests, recommend alternate options to customers, and communicate sales within store
    • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
