    HR Manager

    Duties

    • Manage the recruitment process.
    • Manage the administration of compensation and benefits.
    • Organize staff training sessions and activities.
    • Monitor staff performance and attendance.
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
    • Assist in performance management processes
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
    • Exposure to and understanding of Labour Law and employment equity regulations;
    • Effective HR administration and people management skills;
    • Exposur e to payroll practices;
    • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
    • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in an HR role Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
    • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics with sound knowledge of HR systems and databases

    Event/Project Manager

    Details:

    An event management company, on the verge of hosting a major event in the Digital & Internet Space, requires of immediate hire, an experienced Event/Project Manager.

    The ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of B.Sc/B.A/HND. He must have experience in event management. A certification in Project Management would be an added advantage. The candidate must be self motivated, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
