    • Review, monitor and be responsible for ensuring component and packaged equipment vendors’ compliance with the project technical requirements.

    • Interface with all Project stakeholders on Process plant construction, refurbishment and commissioning of Gas plants  and Flow/Compressor (Gas injection) stations.
    • Interface with Discipline engineering teams in timely manner to resolve issues between sites and onshore and offshore offices on the engineering issues and support the close out of Engineering Technical Query’s-ETQ.
    • Interface and participate with multi-discipline, multi-system engineering and inspection teams on-site during all phases of project.
    • Interface with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for retrofit and upgrade works.
    • Field Instrumentation and System integration interface works, including implementation of all the project studies leading from DEM1 & 2 changes.
    • Interface with DCS system integrators and discipline teams for the retrofit/upgrade & PC & C works of the DCS system-PAS/SIS and FGS.
    • Interface project procurement for obsolete/new equipment for all project locations.
    • Implement the lean process towards better project management and cost savings.
    • Co-ordinate Mechanical-piping, Electrical and Instrumentation design engineering- change control/ modification/ recommendation, inputs to shutdown Planning and Scheduling, Technical presentations and proposals, HAZID/HAZOP workshop participation, Procurement participation.

    Principal QA/QC Engineer

    • To oversee all QA/QC inspection activities for all SOTP (Shallow Offshore & Terminals) projects, to ensure compliance with projects specifications, with all necessary documentation as per contractual requirements.

    • Oversee application of QA/QC main contractor activities and deliverables at the construction sites to meet project objectives.

    Quality:

    • Provide QA expertise for SOTP projects
    • Establish and manage the internal audit program to verify implementation of and compliance with the QMS. Identify non-compliance and ensure appropriate action is taken to address the issues identified.
    • Ensure and verify implementation the Quality Management Systems in compliance with the Quality Policy, Quality Assurance Manual and applicable Standards;

    • Review and identify where quality requirements and quality cost savings can be added and/or amended to existing projects.
