JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and analyze the current operating system and work out strategy to improve units’ and overall effectiveness
• Coordinate all units to achieve AACE Foods’ Strategic and operational objectives
• Track and measure staff performance and contribution level and make recommendations
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resource
• Set and review  annual budgets and schedule allocations
• Ensure all operations are done correctly and in the most cost effective manner, aligning with specifications and quality requirements
• Oversee maintenance and production activities and coordinate them proactively
• Coordinate and drive administrative tasks and logistics to maximum efficiency
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the management

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, especially FMCG
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Effective communication
• Leadership and Organization

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration and Management or other related fields.  Proof of relevant professional courses in related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years proven work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with finance, and quality control team to manage and monitor vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and proactively engage vendors in identifying potential issues, resolutions and opportunities
• Manages the demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conducts inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and coordination
• Develop, plan and implement various supply chain policies, plans and strategies
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Train and evaluate others
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
