Supply Chain Manager at AACE Food Processing & Distribution Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with finance, and quality control team to manage and monitor vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and proactively engage vendors in identifying potential issues, resolutions and opportunities
• Manages the demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conducts inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and coordination
• Develop, plan and implement various supply chain policies, plans and strategies
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Train and evaluate others
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to professionally communicate with all types of people via phone, email, face-to-face and videoconference interactions
• Ability to negotiate best quality-price correlation with different vendor classes.
