    Head, Marketing & Branding

    Responsibilities

    •  Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
    •  Create and monitor compliance with staff guidelines for internal and external communication, especially staff communication on social media.
    • Develop creative concepts and marketing strategies that aligns with the business objectives.
    • Manage social media channels to enhance audience engagement.
    •  Collaborate with external teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
    •  Create avenues and media strategy for positive exposure of key staff members.
    • Develop an identifiable brand story line, prepare and distribute press releases as at when necessary.
    •  Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
    •  Address inquiries from the media and other parties, track media coverage and follow industry trends.
    • Grow the Organizations social media base to 100,000 followers across three top performing social media platforms within the first year of engagement.

    Requirements

    • A degree in Marketing or related discipline
    • An MBA is an added advantage
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
    •  Tangible experience in Brand awareness, Brand perception, Brand performance and Leads conversiona

    Venture Strategist

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market/Consumer & Business trends analysis; identify opportunities for new revenue
    • Identify new business model opportunities, conduct quantitative research investigations that help strategically frame, validate or challenge the opportunity
    • Establish appropriate business success metrics; define the business model and case for new ventures, products and services
    • Adopt a ‘lean start-up’ style approach to building a minimum viable business and go-to-market strategy
    • Define the business model options and case for new ventures, products and services
    • Develop the economic model and business plan for new ventures, products and services
    • Quantify business value and funding models, define commercial strategy for launch and go-to-market
    • Explore and define commercial, partnership, acquisition and investment options
    • Once in market, run the P&L, manage business reporting and develop dashboards with key business and product metrics.
    • Identify operational needs, and design processes, controls and reporting to ensure these are covered
    • Lead the build and testing of operational processes, systems and reporting capabilities
    • Write initial drafts of key legal, risk, compliance and business stand-up documentation
    • Develop operational reporting and build dashboards for key operational metrics

    Requirements

    • A degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Business Law or related areas. An MBA is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years' work experience in venture strategy management in related areas such as FinTech, Technology, Business Development & Business Growth
