    Sales Lead - Cyber Security

    A Multinational  Security Servicing  Company is urgently looking to hire Sales Lead - Cyber Security.

    • Should have good experience in sales of Cyber Securities.
    • Works with the regional Sales Leadership and decision makers to compile sales strategy that will deliver the strategic objectives as outlined in the global and regional organizational strategy.
    • Use their business acumen and strategic planning skills in conjunction with the information received from business development activities to define the way the sales force will approach the market and to determine the targets that sales force should achieve and strive to exceed.
    • Accountable for creating turn-around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met irrespective of current situation.
    • They ensure that sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales leadership are implemented and followed.
    • Drive a sales culture by sharing best practices, developing and sustaining cross functional relationships and filtering information downwards.

    Marketing Manager, Digital Skills for Africa

    Duration: 12 months

    Core competencies:

    Sales Representatives

    A multinational Financial and Investment Company is currently looking to hire Sales Representatives.

    Must have experience in sales in any Financial industry

    Location is based in Marina, Lagos Island,

    Financial Targets:

    Meet financial targets across the different KPIs and other assignments as may be discussed with management  (Refer to shared point for the target)

    Client Management:

    • Process client documentation (sight original documents and collect copies).
    • Conduct adequate KYC and AML appraisal / due diligence on all clients before introduction to the company
    • Visitation of clients business and personal addresses and completion of visitations forms.
    • Promptly identify and resolve all client management issues
    • Provide content for respective customer files

    Due Diligence tasks:

    • Inspection of all asset provided as collateral and confirmation of asset status prior to disbursements
    • Background checks and independent verification of clients being introduced to the company

    Recovery / Follow Ups:

    • Loan review and monitoring to ensure loan performance
    • Use of best effort to effect recovery in cases of default
    • Market Intelligence / Business environment monitoring
