Purpose of the Job

For the monitoring and controlling of health and safety compliance and related rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
• Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed updated and communicated.
• Documenting all accidents, investigating and recommending improvements.
• Ensuring safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are in good condition and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
• Promote safety awareness among employees in the workplace.
• Advise the management on associated safety laws and regulations.

Desired Competencies & Experience

To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies

• Minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
• HACCP Qualified with environmental Certifications.
• Requisite experience in handling HSE investigations.
• Experience of formulating, implementing and revising HSE policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Salary:  N 960,000 – N 1.4m per annum

Summary:
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for the safety of guests, workers and the facility in general. He/she is required to be up-to-date with Global Security trends.

Responsibilities:

•     Oversee the selection, testing, deployment, and maintenance of security hardware and software products as well as outsourced arrangements.
•     Develop security policies and procedures to prevent and investigate crime
• Create digital security management programs and prioritize security initiatives and issues.
• Develop and maintain policies for security and safety.
• Manage Security systems including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms, control of restricted areas
• Supervise Mobile Policemen (Armed), Civil Defense Staff, Internal (Club) Security personnel.

Desired Competencies & Experience

To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies

• At least 7 years’ experience in Security operations, preferably hospitality.
• Minimum of first degree in related field.
• Professional membership is compulsory.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship, sound judgment and analytical ability.
• Solid knowledge of electronic and site security issues.

Salary:  N 1.8m – N 2.16m per annum

• Maintain a robust and secure Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure that facilitates the efficiency of the Club’s operations to satisfy its members.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of a suitable ICT framework and adapt information system strategies to the Club’s finance, payroll, and other business and personnel needs.
• Supervise all computer operators in the organisation.
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines, where appropriate.
• Provide the ICT technology infrastructures for the organisation.

Desired Competencies & Experience

To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies

• Must possess expert knowledge of social media operations, implementation and cloud technology.
• Degree qualified in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Electrical/Electronic engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in ICT management including across-board knowledge of computer software, hardware and project management.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance.

Salary: N 2.4m – N 3.0m per annum
