Job Summary:

• Drives all activities involved in selling company’s products in her territory.
• Ensures that the products sent to the depot are sold and proceeds paid into the company’s account.
• Ensures that the company’s products are well positioned in the territory.
• Ensures that sales targets are met.
• Ensures that sales procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of OND or First Degree in Marketing, or Other Social Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as a sales representative in a manufacturing company

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Report writing skill.
• Good customer relationship management.
• Ability to create relationship with people.

LOCATION: Kaduna. (Ref: 001/Account Officer/Kaduna)
Scope & Impact: Management of the Kaduna Depot Finance and Accounts responsibilities.

Job Summary:

• Liaising with the Depot manager on sales and product receipts.
• Account reconciliations.
• Keeping proper stock records at the depot.
• Maintenance of Main Cash Book and Petty Cash Book.
• Maintenance of customers’ ledgers.
• Safe keeping of all assets of the company.
• Confirmation of lodgments etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of First Degree in accounting from a recognized University or HND from a Polytechnic.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing sector.
• Membership of a professional body in relevant field is an added advantage

Knowledge

• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of stock management is desirable.

Skills/Competencies

• Good Accounting Knowledge
• Use of accounting package is an added advantage/knowledge of ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations
• Computer literacy
