Nigeria has never won a gold medal in 15 participations at the World Athletics Championship and has only won 2 gold medals in athletics in 16 participations at the Olympics. The challenge isn't the availability of talents but of administration, planning, funding and dedication.
With an estimated population of 180 million, approximately sixty (60) times the population of Jamaica that is presently dominating athletics in both male and female categories, statistically, Nigeria should be winning more gold medals at international competitions.
Support the Foundation with the provision of responsive in-house legal advice on contract law matters, undertaking legal reviews of contracts and other commercial agreements with Clients and Sponsors as necessary, and acting as an interface between the legal function and other business units.
- Review and analysis, of tenders, contracts, terms & conditions, ancillary documents and other commercial agreements and as necessary the drafting of such contracts, terms and conditions and ancillary documents, procurements queries and other commercial agreements relating to the Company’s business, as instructed by the Legal Manager
- Provision of in-house legal guidance on contract and commercial terms and conditions and generally as required to support the business
- Contract management for the company including monitoring and administering contract execution, including maintaining all necessary registers and records management guidance, and supporting any wider integration of records management systems
- Management of contractual surety arrangements for the company, including maintaining all necessary registers

- Organization: Many things happen all at once at meetings. Event coordinators need to stay focused and organized so that the event goes off without a hitch.
