    Automobile Sales Manager

    General Summary

    • Manages sales of the company’s products.
    • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales and sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
    • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect all over the telephone or in person, using vertical and banking marketing strategies, maintaining direct correspondence and obtaining client recommendations.
    • Develop a business plan with the Director and Major Accounts, detailing the activities to be carried out during the fiscal year to meet or exceed established quotas.
    • Keep track of all activities (visits, presentations, sales, etc.) that fall under the position, Including the complete update of account profiles for all assigned clients
    • Serving as a liaison between the new client and the company.
    • Attend and participate in weekly information exchange meetings.
    • Perform other related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • 5-6 years experience.
    • Previous experience in Automobile Sales is essential
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google docs.
    • Ability to interpret manufacturers programs, market conditions and the impact they have on our daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plans
    • Ability to be very organized and deliberate in your actions so that all opportunities are explored so that the highest possible closing, leasing, re leasing, F&I and accessory penetration levels per vehicle can be achieved.
    • Willingness to set an excellent standard by example for all staff in sales and the rest of the dealership to lead the team successfully, motivating them to get trained, keep ongoing education up and strive for the best results
    • Ability to desire to succeed and follow proven process, working constantly to improve them
    • Dedication to the store and team, working consistently to get the best results in sales and gross profit for the brand, dealership and sales team.

    Technical Manager

    Job Description

    • The Technical Manager candidate is responsible for configuring and monitoring of GPS.
    • Providing technical assistance to end users, answering questions or resolving product problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location.
    • He is also responsible for managing the installation through installer (Car electricians).

    Skills
    The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

    • 5-6 years experience in IT, preferably with a background in Telecom and Solution quality control. Bachelors degree in Engineering
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
    • Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

    Technical Supervisor

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate reports to the Technical Manager.
    • Monitoring and installation of GPS trackers
    • Ensure that work done meet specifications of customers
    • Repairs of tracking and fleet management devices
    • Proper and sufficient communication with clients (Internal and external)
    • Adhering to Company Policies and procedures at all times
    • Problem solving by use of technical skills
    • Daily Admin duties
    • Proper handling of job cases by use of electronic device
    • Time keeping

    Requirements

    Key Account Manager

    Job Description
    The Role:

    • Reporting to the Managing Director this opportunity will involve traditional Key Account Management, implementing systems and processes to ensure targets are hit, following the organization's Key Account plan.
    • Working cross-functionally with group MD's and regional market contacts to demonstrate the value of Key Account Management.
    • Developing and managing negotiations and contracts, by having a thorough knowledge of the company product offerings and prices.

    • Ability to work calmly and effectively whilst working to various KPI's.
    • Ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately to requests for information and assistance, in a concise and easily understandable style.
