    Head Of Human Resource

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • · The Head of the Human Resources Department shall guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
    • Ensure employee orientation, development, and training
    • Lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment
    • Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

     

    Recruiting and staffing;

    • Organizational and space planning.
    • Ensure the organization employs the right people for the right job.
    • Performing effectively and adhering to employment and labor law

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

    • Applicant must possess a minimum of Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field.
    • Applicant must have at least 4-7 years of applicable industry experience in Human Resources Management
    • Applicant must have strong I.T knowledge and Experience in Computer packages and software.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
    • Strong  character and analytical ability

    Business Analyst

    Head of Accontant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead team to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information.
    • Audit, prepare annual accounts and annual reports
    • Prepare annual accounts, budgets and financial forecasts
    • Publish financial statements in a timely manner
    • Conduct month-end and year-end closing of books
    • Produce annual report
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
    • Create periodic reports for management
    • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
    • Ensure all information is kept confidential and secure them with database backups
    • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

    Qualification/Skills

    • Minimum of B.Sc., M.Sc in Accounting and other professional courses in accounting.
    • Experience in peach-tree, quick-books, & sage accounting software.
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Auditing.
    • Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Maintaining and organizing effective electronic and manual filing systems.
