    Front Desk Representative

    Job brief

    We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

    The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

    The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
    • Greet and welcome guests
    • Answer questions and address complaints
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
    • Check, sort and forward emails
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Monitor office expenses and costs
    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
    • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
    • Proficient in English (oral and written)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

    Junior Auditor

    Details:
    A junior auditor will be responsible for performing independent audit or working under the direction of an auditor.

     Responsibilities include:

    • Planning of audit
    • Field work for internal control evaluation, Audit tests,
    • Confirmation with customers and report preparation
    • Performing periodic office and administrative duties.
    • Reviewing documents and composing summary memos.
    • A junior auditor may also be required to identify, develop, and document audit issues and assist in the preparation of the draft audit report.

    Requirement:

    • A junior auditor position requires a bachelor's degree in accounts or related field.
    • A junior auditor position usually requires 1+ years of experience in accounts or audit work.
    • Knowledge in preparation of financial statements, compiling financial statements.
    • Tax preparation and planning may be required for some positions.
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills are also important.

    SUMMARY: The digital marketer will be some who is so versatile in marketing using the all the social media platform as a outlet to getting more clients and selling the products of the company. As a digital marketer, who will be involved to developing the organization`s multi-channel communication strategies. You will be required to work across several areas or specialize in a few depending on the size and requirement of the employer.

    Key areas include:
    social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • The candidate must be a B.SC Holder.
    • The candidate must have a minimum 3 years experience worked with a good IT company.
    • The candidate must have the zeal to work sometime out door marketing.
