Our client, a reputable Real Estate Company in Lagos is looking for sales agent to help continue to provide the best in real estate services.

JOB FUNCTION:

• Marketing and sales of the company’s products and services
• Implement business planning strategy
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Execution of market penetration plan and marketing program
• Develop various sales strategies in ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Weekly preparation of sales reports
• Production of feedback on potential sales leads and sales presentations to team members and superiors

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• OND, HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences and any related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class honours.
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
• A candidate must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
• Good communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities.
• Fluency in English at working levels.
• The successful candidate will have sound judgement, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
