    • The Derivatives Project Manager (DPM) will be responsible for design, execution and delivery of the Derivatives Implementation Plan by creating an innovative delivery approach and ensuring all components of the plan and respective project work-streams are completed in line with expected quality and stipulated timelines.
    • By collaborating with key stakeholders, the DPM will develop and execute a strategic delivery plan and understand the critical success factors. As such, the DPM will track and manage the key project phases, from initiation to completion.

    • Oversee implementation of an appropriate front end derivatives trading module to use with the Exchanges X-GEN platform for trading derivatives
    • Act as the internal and external champion of the derivative product by effectively and appropriately communicating with all stakeholders regarding product creation and launch
    • Act as Business Development Manager to facilitate market acceptance & retainership by building and managing relationships with players

    Job Summary

    • The Exchange seeks to develop and establish an Exchange Traded Derivatives Market. In furtherance of this objective, the Exchange currently seeks to engage a Derivatives Project Manager.
    • The Derivatives Project Manager (DPM) will be responsible for design, execution and delivery of the Derivatives Implementation Plan by creating an innovative delivery approach and ensuring all components of the plan and respective project work-streams are completed in line with expected quality and stipulated timelines.
    • By collaborating with key stakeholders, the DPM will develop and execute a strategic delivery plan and understand the critical success factors. As such, the DPM will track and manage the key project phases, from initiation to completion.

    • Oversee implementation of an appropriate front end derivatives trading module to use with the Exchanges X-GEN platform for trading derivatives
    • Act as the internal and external champion of the derivative product by effectively and appropriately communicating with all stakeholders regarding product creation and launch
    • Act as Business Development Manager to facilitate market acceptance & retainership by building and managing relationships with players
    • Identification, specification and implementation of appropriate market, Exchange and regulatory reports and associated data warehouse to support derivatives trading
    • Development of the appropriate internal processes and standard operating procedures necessary to achieve the smooth operations and trading of Derivatives within the Exchange
    • Generate list of Derivative Market report and design the necessary report requirements for production
