Due to massive expansion and growth in their retail business, Our Client, a major player in the Insurance Industry, seeks to recruit the services of hardworking, assertive and result-oriented candidates to fill the following roles:
The role holder's primary responsibility is to market our Client's products through Direct Sales Associates (DSAs). S/he will be expected to sign up, manage and maintain a minimum of 30 DSAs at any given time. The DSAs are to be attained within 3 months of being engaged.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms; Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates; Retention of customers and direct sales associates acquired; Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties.
SPECIFICAIONS: Must have a B. Sc or H.N.D in any discipline; minimum of 3 - 4 years relevant work experience (FMCG, financial services etc); must have sales leadership experience managing a team; must have excellent negotiating skills.
The ideal candidate would be required to perform administrative functions within the various departments/units (such as Customer service, Credit Control/ERM, Finance etc) of the company.
Must have an OND holder in any discipline;
proficient with the use of MS Office tools - preferably Word and Excel;
energetic with a good eye for details;
Sound analytical and numerical skills;
Experience and knowledge of insurance services is an added advantage.
