    Service Delivery Manager

     

    A high-impact Service Delivery Manager function can accelerate progress against critical IT objectives that require a cross-enterprise perspective. The mission (duties and responsibilities) of Tezza’s Delivery Manager is to:

    •  Build and maintain a professional, customer-focused relationship with the client and IT. Serve as the single point of contact representing Tezza to the client for escalations, status on high priority requests / issues, SLA reporting and support process clarification
    • Set up and facilitate regular account review meetings. Maintain regular communications with Client’s executives and key relationship liaisons. Manage executive level expectations and communications
    • Drive creation and continued enhancement of SLA reporting, including communication of misses and related process improvements. Ensure that an acceptable quality level of IT service is provided to the client at all times
    • Understand incident escalations and work with technology teams to provide RCAs in a timely manner. Ensure the appropriate prioritization and closure of incidents. Provide the client with continuous status of problem tickets and service requests

    • Provide day to day leadership and direction to test teams during all test cycles
    • Ensures cross functional training and self-development of test resources across projects.
    • This role will publish appropriate dashboards and metrics to project teams, and coordinate across all functional teams for quality and test deliverables.
    • This role will also provide continuous improvement of project test standards, guidelines and governance and participate in global test initiatives and governance. Overseeing execution of assigned client-specific software testing projects, tools and techniques
    • Manages risk/impact analyses for the projects
    • Responsible for estimation of testing effort including the creation and management of test schedule and escalation if deviation are foreseen or occur

    • Capable of overseeing and coordinating a group of testers (and other project participants when working within the capacity of a Test Project Manager) on any given project. Will have accountability for multiple projects or a single large project.
    • The ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification or similar certification is desirable

    Job description

    The Test Lead role performs planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities on small, medium to large scale projects. The role assures conformity to Tezza's and Clients' testing practices and standards across all project as well as coordinating cross portfolio interactions and dependencies.
     

    This role working with Project Management (Test Managers or Project Managers), Application Development and multiple test teams, manages the analysis, design, planning and execution of testing for major corporate projects and initiatives. They lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites and thus they  must demonstrate knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and techniques to enable them manage daily workload of Test Analysts and give direction.

    • Form a working relationship with the clients within which you have responsibility.
    • Develop Test Plans for projects within your divisions and feed those into the project plans of the customer’s larger projects.
