    International Trade Compliance Manager

     

    Job Description

    • Prepare and maintain import/export Classifications Matrix.
    • Country of Origin determination.
    • Manage record keeping and audit processes, as well as Broker activities, relevant to imports and exports per Company and Government requirements.
    • Submit, obtain, and maintain Import Permits and Export Licenses as required.
    • Prepare letters as needed for distribution, suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and other parties involved export transactions.

    Qualifications

    • Possess B.S. degree, preferably in International Trade, International Business, Finance, Accounting, or bioscience field including Microbiology and Chemistry.
    • Active working knowledge and experience with Customs regulations, compliance and audit practices.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Proficient in Office programs.
    • Prudent and practical decision-making abilities, works well on a team, and can work independently without direct supervision.

    Internet Marketing Specialist

     

    • Manage keyword advertising campaigns, including bid, copy and keyword optimization across multiple product categories.
    • Analyze campaign results and recommend actions for improved performance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with critical advertising partners.
    • Develop in-depth understanding of keyword advertising and B2B direct marketing.
    • Identify new advertising opportunities consistent with the Company brand.
    • Contribute to all advertising campaigns with a primary focus on search advertising.
    • Prepare reports and analysis of all forms of advertising.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Bilingual (French or Spanish)
    • 2+ years experience
    • Microsoft Excel and Access proficiency A MUST.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and react quickly to market changes.
    • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.

    Junior Process Developer

     

    • Design, develop, and integrate highly complex processes and derives logical processes on physical platforms for internal and external users/clients
    • Involve in performing many phases of the development lifecycle (SDLC) including unit testing, deployment and on-going support.
    • Adhere to development best practices when creating, documenting and implementing SQL Server database/development standards.
    • Support database/process needs for multiple environments (development, test, QA, UAT) in a highly collaborative team environment.
    • Design and develop detailed operational and technical process documentation.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer Science or equivalent experience
    • 1-2+ years of experience performing business process analysis, design and implementation
    • 1-2+ years of experience working with relational databases; with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012
    • Experience with writing web services and data access classes in .Net (Nice to have)
    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies considered an asset. (Nice to have)
    • Must possess excellent technical and analytical skills
    • Technical inclination with ability to troubleshoot and follow logical progressions.

    Junior Team Administrator

     

    • Manage meeting room bookings as required.
    • Order catering and supplies for meetings as requested.
    • New partner administration, including follow up and engagement.
    • Assist with communications with building manager for repairs or work as required.
    • Receipt, distribute and sending of mail as required.
    • Greet clients when they enter the reception area, ask them to take a seat and offer them refreshments.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent experience
    • Must have experience in database management, have great attention to detail and responsiveness to set tasks
    • Must have a generally strong understanding and skill set in use of computers, applications, and data entry
    • Provide superior customer service both internally and externally
    • Able to assist when the solution is not immediately apparent or not possible (that is, not just following a script)
    • Follow and contribute to the improvement of support processes and systems.

    Language Technologies Engineer

     

    • Develop tools, processes and metrics to help build high quality linguistic resources for use.
    • Work with teams to adopt their frameworks and technologies whenever appropriate and contribute back whenever necessary.
    • Apply knowledge of natural language processing algorithms and machine learning for development and translation of key features for the international market.

    Job Qualifications

    • BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent
    • Programming web applications using Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS.
    • Native speaker fluency in one or more commercially important natural languages.
    • Knowledge of or experience building applications related to natural language processing.
    • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms and be able to apply them in data driven natural language processing techniques.

    Lead Project Management Analyst

     

    • Utilize in-place Project Management process to manage new application development projects for Originations, Operations, Risk, Finance and Marketing through complete project life-cycles.
    • Interact with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs for new architecture.
    • Lead an off-shore team for new application development and cycle maintenance.
    • Lead architecture design and code reviews.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent work experience) with 2+ years IT experience
    • 8+ years of Project Management experience
    • Ability to develop project budgets and schedules.

        Recruit, train and supervise staff
        Manage budgets
        Organise fitness activities or programmes
        Maintain statistical and financial records
        Develop new facilities
        Promote and marketing the business
        Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
        Maintain customer service standards
        Deal with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.

    Job Qualifications

        A Bachelors Degree is needed.
        2-4 years experience needed.
