    Account Representative


    Job description

    1. Position purpose

    •     The position is responsible to provide high level of sales support service to the business of BMS in Nigeria.

    2. Geographical scope

    •     Main focus will be Nigeria however support with sales development in WCA in general

    3. Major tasks and responsibilities of Position

    •     Communicate all business decisions to the customer
    •     Support concluding agreements with customers and commercial terms based upon decisions taken by the Principal according the company policy and rules.
    •     Collect and analyse market intelligence about the relevant region
    •     Support Account Managers  for the development of the EMEA sales strategy
    •     Analyse and interpret customers' related financial statistics and other business relevant data and reports to the responsible Account Manager of EMEA Commercial Operations
    •     Support the development of the sales plan
    •     Coordinate all account related business activitie
    •     Represent the company in local industry associations

    4. Value added to the success of the company

    •     Get deep understanding on business rules and principals of relevant markets, customers and the relevant value chains
    •     Be connected with all accounts on various hierarchy levels
    •     Coordinate and lead the sales in Nigeria in particular and support with sales in WCA.
    •     Generate and support a high level of customer satisfaction

    Desired Skills and Experience

    •     Education: commercial education or degree in a business and/or chemical discipline
    •     Experiences: min. 5 years business experience including sales force
    •     Selling skills, interpersonal skills (team player), English fluent, good technical understanding, leadership skills and high acceptance of related peers/stakeholders, Computer literacy at operational level (MS-Office, SAP R/3, Internet,..)

    Executive Assistant


    Job description

    1. Position purpose

    •     Provide support to the MD Nigeria BMS by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical and research duties.
    •     Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgment.

    2. Major tasks and responsibilities of position

    •     Calendar management: coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings. Plan, schedule and coordinate F&A Departmental meetings, retreats and other events with other Departments.
    •     Prepare agendas, make copies, set up room, coordinate with speakers, take and type notes etc.
    •     Coordinate travel arrangements for the MD and other staff as needed, process MDs expense report: travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, petty cash reimbursements, etc.
    •     Receive daily mail, sort and distribute properly; make copies of financial statements, handouts and other documents. Keep MD apprised of time sensitive matters/mailings/phone calls. Fax/scan and mail letters and other documents.
    •     Coordinate events, conferences and meetings by arranging the appropriate space to facilitate the event. This will include scheduling catering invites and attendees when needed and controlling the budget for such.
    •     Produce and proofread correspondences, presentations with Power Point and Excel or other materials as directed by the MD.
    •     Additionally as may be required support FA Manager on Bookkeeping tasks, Credit Management tasks, and Master Data tasks.
    •     Provide training to colleagues on procedures, new tools or other ongoing project.
