    Sales Associate - Personal Loan

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team across multiple locations in Nigeria. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products specifically designed for Paramilitary staff.

    Locations: Rivers, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach potential customers within the Paramilitary community to offer our loan products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Paramilitary staff, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective relationship management.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales team lead to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Job Requirement

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Familiarity with the Paramilitary community and their financial needs is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong drive for results and passion for exceeding targets.
    • Willingness to travel within assigned locations as needed.
    • Candidates fluent in the local languages of the respective regions will be preferred.

    Business Hub Leader

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced Sales lead who is experienced in sales, team leadership, relationship building and portfolio management who can deliver CDL’s vision and strategy. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategy and plans, build good quality loan portfolio, manage relationships and stakeholders (Internal & External) and generate good revenue for CDL.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute all strategic business and sales strategy to achieve sales targets  
    • Recruit, train, coach and appraise the sales team.  
    • Set sales quotas and goals; oversee and direct performance of the sales team.  
    • Motivate sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff to achieve set targets.  
    • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. 
    • Conduct research on market and competitor to ensure we are competitively positioned. 
    • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio that meets all set internal risk limits.  
    • Analyze and identify all customer issues in sales processes and recommend solutions and perform regular quality assessment. 
    • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation. 
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. 
    • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business management or a related field preferred. 
    • Proven work experience in sales and as a business/team lead or similar role 
    • Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness including understanding of portfolio and risk management. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills/abilities 
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
    • Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills. 
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, create clarity, inspire confidence, own outcomes, and work well in a team. 
    • Ability to effectively lead and build relationships at all levels of the organization 

    KPIs:

    • Build loan portfolio of N5billion in the first year. 
    • Keep NPL ration below 3% 
    • Achieve month on month team efficiency of at least 80%

    Tele-Sales Associate (Personal Loan)

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Associates to contribute to generating sales for our organization. As a Telesales Associates, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products for sales conversion
    • Follow-up on Customers for Loan processing
    • Identify Prospective customers, lead generation and converts to sales
    • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
    • Receives complaint / enquiries of customers and escalate to the appropriate channel

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Excellent knowledge of English
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
