Job Duties

• Assist in receiving, identifying and storing new merchandise delivered to the warehouse.
• Work in tandem with other officers in monitoring stock levels for outlets and replenishing where necessary.
• Paricipate in cycle counts of stock in warehouse and outlets.
• Take part in reconciling ad lowering stock variances in the warehouse and outlets.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock manually and on inventory system.
• Render aid in organizing, reconciling and tracking stock to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in reducing stock loss, theft, pilferage or damage.
• Ensure online orders are timely prepared, dispatched and delivered to customers.

Job Reruirements

• Minimum of HND in Accounting or Economics
• 3-5 years experience in Inventory Positions
• Knowledge of Inventory Systems (ICG, SAGE).
• Advanced Excel, Word skills.
• Adequate reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Attention to detail.
